HOW TO OWN YOUR POWER CONSISTENTLY
Note the following areas in one's life and list your own goals for each.
SPIRITUALITY
e.g. I have a sacred space.
RELATIONSHIP WITH SELF
e.g. I allow my creative self to have more fun.
e.g. I have new mediums for my artistic ability.
SPOUSE
e.g. I have something of my own to bring to my relationship.
e.g. I feel heard and validated.
CHILDREN
e.g. I empower my children lovingly and with detachment.
e.g. I hold my children able.
EXTENDED FAMILY
e.g. I have equal relationships.
FRIENDS
e.g. I am meeting new friends who engage me mentally and spiritually and I feel filled up.
HEALTH AND WELLNESS
e.g. I am a healthy human being.
CAREER, WORK, BUSINESS
e.g. I own my gifts. They are priceless. I charge handsomely.
FINANCIALLY
e.g. I manage my time consistently.
e.g. I am open to learning more about investment opportunities.
In order to check if you are "on track", or to help you find the track that is your truthful path, ask yourself the following questions:
What traits in others do you admire?
Is there a person that you wish you would be like?
What dreams did you have as a child that are unfulfilled or that you have given up on?
What would you like to do that you haven't been able to?
What would you like to do, attempt or be if your success at the same was guaranteed?
What legacy of your existence do you wish to leave to the world? .

Rest, if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about
When he might have won had he stuck it out:
Don't give up through the page seems slow-
You may succeed with another blow.
Success is failure turned inside out-
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far:
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit-
It's when things seems worst that you must not quit.
